Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad with Raisins - serves 8
Dressing:
2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 cup raisins
Salad:
1 bn Broccoli, cut into florets
1 sm Head cauliflower, cut into florets
8 oz sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
2/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Combine dressing ingredients; refrigerate overnight.
Combine salad ingredients; toss with dressing.
